Maybe Robb Stark (LoW) and Winterfell (Core)? Winterfell on turn 1 with HoD may be even better than Riverrun for the STR boost. Then if you can get Hoster and Robb out that's an additional +2 STR. I ran Tully at Gen Con this year, actually, just for funsies. I was .500 but it wasn't terrible. It's super combo-oriented, but hard to stop once it starts steamrolling with 3 cost characters, dub icon, and 5+ STR...
I will say, though, that new Edmure is fantastic. Also Blackwood elite is dope.
I run Stark Siege now, but I recommend Northern Cavalry Flank, Jorah Mormont, Brienne of Tarth, and Hungry Mob in almost every Stark deck.
For your strategy, Frozen Outpost would be great (and it is from the Lords of Winter box that you own anyway).
Take Godswood out, put third Great Keep and third Northern Fiefdoms, you'll improve setup. Take Freezing Rain out, put Frozen Solid instead, it's better.
Edit: You should consider having 5 limited cards instead of 6.
