This deck is very silly, and a variation on an old favourite. Thing is, we've just hit the threshold where this is possible.
Turn 3 marshalling phase, get 15 attachments on Viserys, and win.

Draw. Mulligan if you don't get either Viserys or Scavenger.
Turn 1 - Summoning Season, Fleabottom Scavenger. Play it out of house for 4 gold. Count, 12 cards. If you're lucky enough to draw fleabottom scavenger, sub loyalty money can buy. Turn 2 - Counting Favours. Count, 17 cards. Turn 3 - Draw, and then hopefully play one of 3 Viserys and with the remaining 18 cards either. Pick the high income plot that serves your needs best. - Just play enough attachments at 0 cost - Get up to three extra draws from Hrakkar Pelt or Val. - Note, if you have Val, play and use her before Hrakkars, or risk drawing Hrakkars.
It can go wrong lots of ways: - Rush that beats you in 2 turns annihilates you. - Sufficient discard on you from Intrigue Claim. You can soak up 3 claim in turns 1 and 2, but no more. - Really bad luck discarding your Viserys - More likely, not drawing Viserys. - Val flipping three Hrakkars in a row, leaving you 1 gold short. - Song of Ice, Rule By Decree, obviously.
Thats it! Its fragile, but fun if it works. It has no backup plan. Make it work!
