This deck was based on a very embarrassing misunderstanding of Shiksha Scout's ability. However, awaiting to hear if the "+1" character is neutral or Unicorn, which would affect Utaku Infantry.

So... this idea for a deck was based on a totally embarrassing misunderstanding of Shiksha Scout's ability. All it does is give +1 to your total number of participants, but it did cause me to ask the rules experts if that +1 is just neutral or if it is Unicorn. Will post once they reply.
