Goal here is strictly to dishonor your opponent. It won't be strong in military options. Political victories are where this deck will thrive. The majority of cards are very low cost to enable spending more fate on characters to keep them in play and to buy in the higher cost cards when needed. Dishonoring your opponent is the name of the game, and to do that you must dishonor the right opponent characters and let them know that Scorpions can, in fact, swim.
