One the sole cards that is always useful as a splash target. I'd consider this card even better than captive audience or other highly rated Unicorn splash cards. Avoiding key provinces and letting you attack where there is no risk is so strong. It reminds me of Cautious Scout and the laughter when flipping Restoration of Balance, Endless Plains or similar provinces, and see my opponent unable to do anything about it.
