This card would look a lot stronger right now if we weren't gaining those excellent Kami cards at the same time. As it is, I'd hate to give up excellent conflict characters AND a fate gain mechanism in exchange for a smidgen more influence.
This card could have been +12 influence, easy, and still be balanced.
