Yeah, this is a big thing: an additional means for Crane decks to inflict dishonour.
Should have required a Courtier at least!
As it is, I'm thinking the best use of all is in Dragon-Crane Duel decks, which are totally a thing right now, thanks to the many options that Dragon dynasty and Crane conflict give for duels.
It's nice that it doesn't require a courtier. This way, Hotaru can participate in the game of sadane. This should make it easier to keep her in the 6/9 territory when attacking on political, or at least in the 3/6 territory if there's scorpion opposing.
