Monk deck linchpin? I like the 'just put it on the bottom' mechanic, same as when I saw it everywhere in Conquest. Reckon that's a sign of Brad being in charge?
WOOWHOOOO! Mitsu is finaly in the LCG! Definitly running a monk deck now.

Yeah, this card is complex enough to be really hard to analyse.

I'd note that at three glory, it's somewhat prone to being negated on a POL conflict, so it's really one for military breaks, especially with that Covert on there. Combine that with recursive hurricane punches or void fists, and you're looking at a one-man stronghold breaker.

I'm kind of disappointed that he's not a 2/2 with an ability that gives him 5 +1/+1 counters like his Old5R version, which also was famous for having so many traits - 3 clan affiliations (Dragon, Monk, Toturi's Army), Samurai, "Tattooed Man" which meant nothing for quite a while...

Still, for not really having any callbacks to the old game (even his glory is off - old one had 1 "personal honor"), still remarkably on point flavorwise.  So I'll take it.
