Full. Deck. Tutoring.

Plus a fate discount.

Plus being able to return a ring to attempt to claim it twice in one turn.

And all this for 3-cost with the Shugenja trait and Unique thrown in as a bonus?

The only downside here is that dishonor will make this character have no native strength in conflicts, and that 1/2 is pretty weak for a 3-coster. But with everything else this card offers, this is a definite include for any Dragon deck that uses attachments.

Which would be... all of them?

So, uh... Seems like a powerful effect huh? Has anyone been using this? Is the point and click attachment effect as good as it seems? Returning rings seems a little dangerous, but at least you could do it on defense and then attack that ring yourself again next.

Returning a ring is as much boon as cost, for sure. I really think there's a distinct power creep going on here.

I think you overrestimate this card. I tested this card and outside of jank decks this card underperformed (but in Jank decks this card made some sick plays). Returning a ring is normally more a cost than a boon, because the situations where you can win two times the same ring in a turn isn't that great with this body.

The issue with this card is that it does not really do a whole lot to help you get that ring. In a sense, it helps you when you are ahead, but not when you are behind. It is significantly worse than similar cards in other factions. Radiant Orator helps you win conflicts and can do things like sending a champion home. Fu Sui Disciple has easier conditions to meet, and it is in the faction that can run a deck that mostly just honors their own characters.

That said, this card sure sounds powerful if you can get ahead.
