So... we go for Seeker of Earth, run two Earth provinces (Ancestral Lands and Fortified Position), and then have provinces with Strength 20? Can also go for Void and use Talisman of the Sun to throw attacks at a doubled Pilgrimage to avoid having to commit characters to defense at all.
Even if the effect were superstrong, which it isn't, it's too easy for an opponent to play around if they're worried about it.
It's got decent synergy with Talisman of the Sun. I might try running a 1x, could be useful if your opponent has gone deep on a break.
I dunno, it seems just the right amount of neat and janky for me
