Obviously the 2 Ring Buffs Weenies thing is a thing this cycle. I'm not sure that it is enough for most of them. They don't really provide a real purpose, unless you know you ALWAYS seem to have Air or Water and so a bit of efficiency could be good.
I feel like other effects that actually play into your game plan will probably edge these guys out.
I think scorpion players do not care about this card's text. It's a 1/1/0 COURTIER for 1. So very cheap enabler for Edict and For Shame. He'll be very welcome.
xRAVEx has it, I think. 1 cost 1/1/0 courtier, that's the crux of it. Someone else you can dump the Forged Edict dishonor on without it doing any harm.
