Oooo, I really like this idea of making the opponent have to make a tough choice. Kinda like Levy? Would most people just pay the honour? I seem to not have the same mindset as many other players, I don't like spending honour much.
Tough choice for opponent is still opponent's choice.
I guess the mill/dishonor decks will prefer this to a straightforward buff card, but generally I think I'd rather have a fan or a katana.
Not saying it doesn't have uses, but Scorpion decks are already packed to the 40. I won't be finding space for it myself.
