I believe this has been ruled to work even if you have no fate? What I wouldn't GIVE to be able to put that into my Honourable Lion. I feel like their must be an Honourable Crane by now. Has anyone put one together? Should I try?
I was going to try it once Game of Sadane came out. That said, Cranes 2 cost slot is pretty cramped already so I don't know if I'd swap out a Scout, Brash Samurai, or Savvy Politician for this.

But yes, that is a sweet effect if you are fateless.
The only "weakness" is that Crane already has a pretty much perfect Dynasty deck, so it's hard to find room. Nice "problem" to have, Cranes.
I normally run a Crane honor deck. It's... well, I've made it into the top 8 at a 16 person tournament with it, so it's not terrible. The big issue with Crane Honor is that right now Crane is spread a bit thin trying to do several different things. They have several cards that trigger off of winning duels, but only three cards that trigger duels, for example. With several of the new cards, straight Crane Honor is much more of a "Thing" now.
