I hate this card design. I hate its randomness, and the way it could swing a conflict or do nothing.
What's next, flipping a coin to see if a character gets bowed? Oh wait...
Who is coming up with this rubbish? Who out there thought "you know what this game needs? MORE LUCK!"
Cos this is the sort of thing that makes folk quit games, y'all.
I do not see how this is any more random than any other kind of card draw. When a Spyglass gives me exactly the card I need one time going into a conflict and a dud the other, is that not the same?
Besides, I think the intended main use might not even be the opportunity to play an opponent's card, but the evolving sub-theme of dishonor by decking, as we can also see from the Heartless Intimidator.
