Is this "win more?"
The duelist limitation is too specific, otherwise it'd be a fine card for Scorpion decks.
I figure that is exactly why it is so restricted.
Maybe one for the Dragon/crane duelist decks? Those are pretty lethal already, though every influence is precious to those decks.
