That's one hell of an ability, really synergistic with a lot of Dragon plays. Small stats on this guy for size though.
She is really good and fills a hole for Dragon. People often value the effect of the fire ring not enough, because OP cards like Way of the Scorpion and Way of the Crane have this effect for only one conflict card, but honoring/dishonoring a character that participates in 3+ conflicts is a serious tempo swing.
It helps that it's got a decent Glory value to make sure there's always a worthwhile target for it...
This card is more than good enough on her own, but she also hoses high glory clans quite well. Add to this that you are rarely actually spending that fate to the ring without recouping it and you have a very good card.
