Having a dash is a bit of a downside for a covert character, but this card is still absolutely amazing. Combo it with a banzai, and expect lots of unexpected breaks out of Crab for the cheap price of 2 cards, 1 honour and 1 fate.
The thing I hate about this card are the end of turn shenanigans with Way of the Crab.
I think you had a typo there when you were trying to write "love" ?

Best Crab character after Suichi.
Helps Crab build more aggressive deck types, which is a good thing. I hope we get lots of Hiruma ambush characters. Feels very thematic.
