Is the "Keeper role only" part purely a deckbuilding restriction? If I steal it with Calling for instance, while being Seeker, can I attach it to one of my characters? In AGoT such restrictions take effect only while deckbuilding and not during play. Here?
The fact that this can be played during conflicts makes it really good. Excellent attachment.
Also fantastic that you don't even have to have the character present, so just stick it on your most heavily fated 3+ cost character, and the only way to deal with it will be attachment hate.
