The thing I like here is that you can get the character in there to play For Shame, and then move it out again because you didn't need or want the strength. That gets around the problem of not usually wanting to commit a For Shame capable character into a mil conflict, for example.
Big Glory value is also very welcome - puts it well within range of a mono-character break on political, and you can then pull back if they overcommit on defence, and save that Glory value for winning favor instead.
