Seems crazy powerful. Very expensive though, you really need to want those stats and not just a good dynasty effect. Is it enough?
Seems, well, pretty bad to me. Poor stats, and not all that great an ability, especially when compared to a Kitsuki Investigator's ability to outright discard enemy cards...
