This looks like a fairly passable character. 2/2/1 for 2 fate is a good baseline to start from. The courtier trait is among the better ones a character can have, and this can count for that Seppun Ichikawa deck that you occasionally make to see if it is good enough yet.
The ability makes you want to pay just 2 for this character. A symmetrical effect rarely favors each side evenly. This can be the gas that you need in your lion deck that barely draws any cards, or the extra opposed draw that you were looking for in your Magnificent Lighthouse/Infiltrator deck.
I like it!
I was wondering whether to try this out for the cards in my Lion Honour. I mean, my opponent tends to have heaps of cards anyway, so giving them two more isn't the end of the world. Whereas two more of mine could make a huge difference!
But I'm not sure what I would swap out of my dynasty for it. Possibly a Gifted Tactician, as they often don't end up winning a mil conflict and getting me a card draw. But having commanders is useful for honouring with Even The Odds... Hmmm...
