I hope FFG prints more allies with such interesting abilities.
Sorry but not convincing...
With an ability like this it should have better stats IMO
It´s also worth bearing in mind that the ability is an action, which means you can use it outside the planning phase on top of being able to put her under another player´s control. Seems fair enough to me for a last minute light defender or substitute if another character got exhausted by a treachery or shadow effect.
