Works really well if you don´t have any plans to let your charecters leave from play. Many may think this card is just a normal ally who has big weakness for treacheries that deal direct damage, but for me this is treasure. With it´s low cost and 2wp it is defienetly in top 10 questers in my list. I also like art of this card.

Terrible card for new silvan decks that centered around silvans enter and leave play. I guess you can play her to get tree people/feign voices for the cost of just 1, but i would rather return someone like Naith Guide, Galadon Archer or even Orophin to use their enter effect second time.

Now that i think about it, Orophin can return her to the hand.

Disagree. As long as you can control the board, you can play her for one, quest with her for three willpower (assuming Celeborn), then boost that to five willpower with Children of the Sea if necessary, or use her to trigger Feigned Voices, Tree People, etc. Incredible value.

She is the perfect quest character and a perfect target for the "bounce silvan" events.   For me she is a 3x in most of my spirit/quest decks, even if it's not a silvan deck.

If you have O Lórien! in play, she is outclassed by Galadriel's Handmaiden, who also has a printed 2 willpower (and thus quests for 3), will only cost 1 Spirit resource with the O Lórien! discount, and carries a "when put into play" power as well. Silvan Refugee makes a great second Silvan quester to play in one turn, though, as the second Handmaiden would cost 2 (O Lórien! only discounts one ally per turn).
