If this gets revealed as a result of successfully questing through Across the Ettenmoors Part 1, am I right in thinking the Quest Phase has not yet ended. It then ends after this is revealed, which causes the Forced Reaction to trigger, thus potentially majorly screwing you over (in this example I have all my characters exhausted from questing and 3 high engagement scary enemies in the Staging Area). Will they now engage and kill all my heroes? This is how I read it, though it seems a little harsh.
Yep. Hopefully you have a "safe" location to travel too so you can avoid all the engagements.
