A quick search tells us 107 out of 263 enemies have 5 or more printed hit points. Depending on the scenario (particularly if you give it to a ranged, sword-throwing hero) this might actually make bank.
This is interesting.
For 1 cost I like it, but I do think it will be swingy from Quest to Quest as there aren't always a lot of big hit point baddies for this to target.
