My favorite card for multiplayer. He does a number of things:

1. He essentially has Ranged and Sentinel written on it.
2. He helps establish Hammer and Anvil strategies.
3. He has some awesome interactions with shadow cards and undefended attacks. (unfortunately not legal anymore)
The ruling, sadly, is that using his switch players ability does not remove him from combat.
I'd call this card solid. He can help out in a wide variety of small ways, at a low cost.

This ruling was not obvious at first and my guess would be that we see it written out in the next FAQ or so. I'll edit the comment to reflect that ;)

One of the worst, IMO, allies in Spirit.  1/5
