I want to like this guy, but people seem to hate Knight of Minas Tirith who has 3 ATK and 3 HP for 3 cost without any set up required. Not sure I see what makes these guys (girls?) any better than that (and Noldor archetype isn't particularly strong in tactics anyway).
The best you can get is a 1/3/3/3 character - not really sure it's worth it either.
