Noldor. Noble. Ranger.
While Elrohir is in play, Elladan gets +2 [Attack].
Response: After Elladan is declared as an attacker, pay 1 resource from his resource pool to ready him.

Set: RtR Number: 28
Quantity: 1
Illustrator: Magali Villeneuve

The main problem with brothers is threat cost. If they cost 9 (Elohir) or 8 (Elladan), they would be far more useful. It is shame that players can't play them in secrecy deck. Although I can't image how to use their abillity with lack of resources in secrecy decks.
These guys love Resourceful (TWitW) and decks full of cheap spam cards.

If I ready him after he is declared as an attacker, can I attack another enemy with him that combat phase?

Yep. As long as you don't declare an attack against the same enemy twice in the same round, he can keep attacking.

I typically use them (and Eowyn) in my solo deck, so I have access to Steward and Horn of Gondor for resource generation.   It works really well against a lot of quests.
