Think about this with Dain.
Since it doesn't read "YOUR" dwarf characters, I assume it's global?
So, in a 2p game you would only need 1 in play to add +1 HP for every dwarf in play?
Correct. Plus it is unique so you and your companions can only have one of these attachments in play at a time anyways.
