I will never be able to spell or pronounce that card...
And the only way to find it in the card search is probably by slamming your fist on the keyboard... thrice...

(But it seems to be reasonably powerful with a little threat control)
Fantastic with Loragorn. That is all.
I hate to be "that guy" but, it should be "A Elbereth Gilthoniel". It doesn't effect the utility of the card in any way, but it's as jarring as seeing "Gandolph".

Exactly...I agree with you Kareyn...

Does this send the enemy away before they're able to hit you the first time?  Sorry about the rules question, but I can't find the answer spelled out for me anywhere specifically.

I think that yes because otherwise that card should read: After an enemy´s attack is resolved...

Not 100% shure but 99% shure :P

Pretty good card i think. Not shure that would it be 3 or 4 star card tough.

Oh but anyway this is so great when playing Escape from Dol Guldur with Loragorn. Uses this card to Nazgul: "That was AWESOME!"

I seem to recall having read somewhere a long time ago that "after an enemy attacks" and "after an enemy attack is resolved" both mean the same thing: that the enemy attack must be over. I would be hard pressed to point you to a quotation on it though.

On a side note I have used this card on NM Conflict at the Carrock in a solo-low-threat-spirit deck to pick off 3 of the trolls one at a time; the 2 last being immune to events had to be clubbered but that went fairly well.

What? But then this card would suck and i wouldn´t never play it anymore :(

You might have seen this in the FAQ [granted it's about Forced and not Response but wording is the same]:

Q: When do “after this enemy attacks” Forced effects like those on Chieftan Ufthak (CORE 90) and Wargs (CORE 85) resolve?
A: These effects resolve immediately after step 4 of enemy attack resolution.

Sadly, step 4 is determining combat damage...

Nah just have some cheap canon-fodder standing by.

If you are playing solo the chance that you will work all the way through the encounter deck to meet that enemy again is quite small (barring reshuffles of course but think most of those are avoidable with Test of Will)
