Sudden snows fall heavy around you, and a bitter wind howls down from the peaks. You uncover a shallow depression in the snow, filled with frozen remains. What if Caradhras has already been explored and added to the victory display? Does it leave the victory display and become the active location anyway?
Yes it does. This specific example has been addressed in the FAQ.
