OK, I'm having trouble figuring out how to play this.

If Willpower = 0: Dead

Arwen Undomiel Willpower = 2

Caradhras = -1 Willpower static

Snowstorm = -1 Willpower Treachery

...

So all it takes is a single Snowstorm in 3b and game over?!?

Mostly correct.  I'm pretty sure Caradhras only effects questing characters but would need to look it up to be sure.   Regardless, snowstorm can mean instant death.

That is correct, it would take a single Snowstorm to kill Arwen but both Caradhras and Snowstorm only affect questing characters so you're "safe" as long as you don't assign Arwen to quest.

Of course, with Snowstorm being Treachery there are ways to cancel it so it doesn't take effect...
