Granted it is a bit expensive getting them both down.
This ^^^^ maybe the best explanation EVER for why frodo is such an awesome hero.
I think that is what the designers intention is but i dont think it will happen that way. If you want to be able to play a deck against more than one scenario (or multiples of being very similiar) then you almost have to play a second sphere. from the core set to now i can honestly say that for solo play i have yet to find a deck of one sphere that could win against the spectrum of scenarios. But give me a second sphere and i can beat the vast majority.
Final note: anything that says "all characters" is a winner just because of multiplayer.
