This card is very under rated from what I understand. It gives you an attachment you can throw away when you have to throw one. You can heal in any sphere with it. It costs 0 and balances out a lot of expensive cards. Frodo and Bilbo can use the slight boost.

Meh. I think this card is underwhelming when compared to Ring Mail or Bill the Pony now. With Bill, you get the +1 HP as well as an ally. The boots just seem like deck fat now.

MAYBE in heavy card draw decks and/or while facing a scenario with attachment hate. Once I drawed those for well-equipped.....Never have been so pissed on the game ever since :D
