This guy will murder any unmodified hero in the game on the first turn even with no help from a shadow effect, and, while possible, it's not too likely you will have a threat of under 27 on the first turn to keep him at bay in the staging area. Hope for a cheap ally to throw his way (or a Feint, or similar). His shadow effect is also a tough one. To me, I'm not happy to see him come up--he's a highly threatening encounter card (5 stars).

Naw i would say 4 stars since i am usually prepared for this kind of enemies. But yea itÂ´s pretty bad enemy 4/5 in my opinion

I agree with both of the comments above. You can prepare for this guy, but if he comes out early, on turn 1 or turn 2, then it's gonna hurt.
