What's the definition of the text Box.
Would a Ranger, Noble, Dwarf lose it's Trait?
Correct.
Since the card doesn't say "except traits" like a few other blanking cards do, it would remove traits and abilities. That does also mean if a card must be attached to a Ranger character, and they become blank, then that attachment would be discarded.You only have to meet requirements while attaching. Because he was a ranger when you attached it, it will stay. In the same way a Song of Wisdom can allow me to put a Burning Brand on that character. If I lose the Song of Wisdom later, I don't lose the Burning Brand.

No problem. It even allows you to attach several "attach to a hero with X printed icon" to Gandalf when he is playing it off the top of the deck. That's part of what makes him crazy good.
