His ability together "chump block" allies deck make it amazing hero.
Him together with Eomer makes a great combo.
Both work well with bouncing silvans also.
Would Born Aloft's or other "return ally to hand" effects trigger Imrahil's ability?
They are leaving play, so yes, it does work.
