I think that it should be cost of 3 to make him more playable card
I wanted this card to be more playable. Nice effect but expensive. I hope someday we see a Beorning deck and this card is revisited.
Basically agree with everyone. I WANT to like it but...there are just so many better ways to spend 4 tactics resources in almost any situation. Maybe as a three cost or if the ability hit all enemies in play it would be a different story but as is...really, really bad.
Of course, things change if we suddenly get some kind of mad Beorning synergy or more cards that can combo off having a lot of damaged enemies in the staging area but...that's a big ask.
Maybe if we go back to Mirkwood...
