seriously 1 threat for a sentinel cross table and 2 def is very good.
Well I guess if someone wanted to flood CGDB they could write "this guy is a savior..." at every ally without further explanation.
And you seem to forget that the extra effect only lasts until the end of the round and he still costs 3 resources to put down.
+2 def and sentinel will not save any low-hp character from a shadow card reading "deal X damage to defending character.
I don´t think HAG is bad; not by a long shot. He is quite a decent alternative. Another decent alternative would be the good old 3 1-cost allies (though they would presumably die quickly as chump-blockers).
To sum up: he´s good but he isn´t "all that"
