Not terrible if you have a way to manage your threat.
I think this card is pretty poor. The Herald himself is useless, barely worth one resource, so you are paying around 1 resource and doomed two to get 2 resources. Not very attractive in low player count games, and unplayable in high player count games. I can't see him getting a much use outside of Gondor tribe decks.
I think they are really useful in a Gondor deck - or any deck that is trying to flood for A Very Good Tale.
Hy all.....with Herald can I put in play an ally out of my deck sphere as vilya of Elrond? Thx in advance for any reply.....
