| Deck Strategy: | This deck is similar to the first tri-color deck I built with the intention of running "Journey Down the Anduin" solo. I wasn't getting much use out of Dunhere's special ability on the river, as I was finding it too difficult to get past the troll in the first place. So I swapped him out in favor of the ever-popular Eowyn. She improved my ability to make progress on the quests greatly. I crushed the scenario last night with a score of 12(!!!), albeit using the OLD scoring system. I managed to keep my threat very low in the first stage of the scenario and delayed confronting the troll until I had lots of resources and allies. Also had several very timely interventions by Gandalf. |
