Tournament rules v. 1.1.1: Breaking News (Core Set, #82) is now MWL enlisted. (Those NAPD cops will hit you really hard if you broadcast anything without permission )
Naturally, a strong agenda should require some downside to it, and now it is not such an auto-include as it was. BUT, as Astro is now limited to 1 per deck, things are going to be very hard for NBN. Finally.
I'm really looking foward to the new NBN. Cause Damon printed another card in Escalation that spends tags, and I've loved that design space of spending tags since D&D. Tag decks are looking so viable right now.
