What´s up with that?
She is great and her abilities are very good.
As always, it depends on your style and strategy.
However, this is a similar character to Kate but with an opposite effect of slowing down the corp.

Its a brief quote from Kate's runner story in the original rulebook (page 29).
Am I right in assuming that if you can consistently install programs, that Kate's credit is essentially a free click?

I would assume so. Interesting, I've never thought of it that way...
