Type: Program: Virus
Cost: 3 Memory Units: 1
Faction: Runner Anarch
Faction Cost: 3
Whenever you make a successful run on R&D, place 1 virus counter on Medium.
Each virus counter after the first on Medium allows you to access 1 additional card from R&D whenever you access cards from R&D.

Probably my favorite Virus in the core set. Digging deep on a demolition run is stupid good.

What happens if you score 3 agendas (for a total of 7 points) against Jinteki and only had 3 cards left in hand?
Runner wins immediately upon scoring their 7th point.

Thanks Darksbane. Next question would be, when you gain access to multiple cards with this, such as 3 cards, do you access them all at once or 1 at a time?
You access each card one at a time and fully resolve it before accessing the next one.

Accessing Multiple Cards
When accessing multiple cards, the Runner accesses them one
at a time in any order he likes. For example, the Runner may
access a card from HQ, then an upgrade installed in the root of
HQ, and then another card from HQ, if he has the ability to
do so.

When accessing multiple cards from R&D, the Runner must
draw them in order from the top of the deck, and must return
any cards not scored or trashed in reverse order, so as to
preserve their positions in R&D.

The Runner must fully resolve his access to a card (steal it, pay
to trash it, etc.) before accessing the next card. If the Runner
scores an agenda that gives him seven or more points, he
immediately wins the game, even if he would otherwise access
more cards.

Which seems to mean that if the runner accesses 3 agendas in RnD and only has 1 card in hand and 0 points, will loose the game. A runner can´t choose to not steal an agenda, right?
Access the first Agenda. Does the runner now have 7 points or more? If so, runner wins. If not, did he flatline? If so, Corp wins. If not, access the next Agenda. Et cetera, et cetera...

Do multiple Mediums stack? The text doesn't seem to indicate that they wouldn't.
They do, just remember you sum up extra cards, not tokens on moth mediums.
And remember that successful run condition is met before accessing cards.

If you start run with 1, 2 counters on mediums, you succeed at running Rnd, you get counters so its 2,3.
This allows you to access 1+2 additional cards to total of 4 cards. You need to declare exact number before accessing those cards.

It also stacks with RnD interface and Makers Eye. But not with Indexing, as you don't access cards if you use indexing.
