Hosted agenda counter: End the run.

this confuses me can anyone explain
When you score Nisei Mk II, you put a counter on it. You can spend that counter later on to force a runner's run to end. It's like unbreakable ICE for a turn, I suppose.
Currently probably the best agenda in the game. Scoring this gives you a lot of leeway and safety.

The ability to have a runner expend their resources on a giant line of ICE only to get rejected at the end anyway is very powerful.
I have seen this card end games more than once. Score two while running Replicating Perfection and you've basically won.
