I just don't know... good?!

If you are rich as a Corp. you play a lot of cards... if you are not, you just save up again.
Also credit denial decks will really stomp over you.
I think it's certainly fun and interesting. Even if it fails big time in competitive decks I think playing some wierd decks with it will be really different and exciting. If all weak cards ware like this... and it does have a potential to be really strong if meta allows it to keep much money.

Honestly, even if I do not bring up credit denial, I do not see a situation that I will want a ton of cards in my hand.
this would be a fantastic Runner ID, since the runner can use increased hand size to brute force though damage.

for a Corp though, having the extra cards isn't nearly as useful.
I would rather have a blank 45/15 than this dreck.

I am really struggling to imagine what it will be like to play with this, or how strong it will be, but I'm glad they made it when giving us 3 new identities at once - this is the 'crazy' option for us to make experimental decks with.

This will be the identity of my 1st Netrunner Corp Highlander Deck... It looks fun but not rly good.

This is the worst corp identity by far.
This ability is a liability, not an advantage. Would definitely rather have a blank Corp Identity than this one.
I could see this being good against criminal. The more cards in hand, the lower the chance of pulling an agenda from HQ. against Anarh or shaper, this ID blows.

But against Criminal, you'd be so poor your hand size would be smaller than normal.

Having now played against this card, and seen the one turn win shenanigans, i have to say ouch!
I was playing Shaper so had no real direct approach to hitting cash, he just built up a massive stack of cash and a huge hand (about 16 cards) then played an immense combo with biotic labour efficiency committee, shipment from mirromorph an kaguya and trick of the light to score 7 points in one turn!
The one-turn combo possibilities are definitely threatening, especially with HB's many extra click abilities. But even if you don't run Account Siphon/Vamp don't be afraid to run on click 1, use clicks to break Bioroid subs if needed, and make Corp constantly pay that way. The thing with this is Corp may be lured into waiting and waiting for that huge wombo combo, giving you lots of time to set up. If Corp goes for a smaller play, like maybe scoring ~4-5 points on one turn instead, you need to punish hard and make sure they can't finance another one.

Good: holding 8+ cards when things are going your way and you have options and credits
Bad: discarding 8+ cards when things go haywire & you have to spend extra credits on expensive rez costs!
Ugly: using discarded Bioroid AI [Janus / Heindall 2.0] in conjunction with Holwer traps to fry runner brains for 1 credit.

I don't know about how strong it is in competitive play, but I had some success with this deck. Its main weakness is probably Gabriel Santiago (or other credit thief, sneakdoor beta, account syphons) I needed extra HQ ICE to protect my HQ/hand, as I found myself holding more Agendas than usual. When my credits got low and I had to discard, i discarded Bioroid ICE (planning on using the Howlers to reinstall from archive).

If it's against a deck you feel runs account siphon, defend early. Literally sit there for 4 or 5 turns doing NOTHING but gaining money and drawing cards. If they run your hand, whatever, you have 10+ cards in your hand. If they run R&D; Make them pay to do so. You know what's in your hand. You know what's in your deck. If they score 3-5 points early, whatever. It's a glacier deck. If you're doing anything but drawing cards and gaining money you're doing it wrong. All you do is draw and defend until you draw a sea source and two scorches. Literally. That's how you play it.
