Combos really nicely with the brain damage from Janus 1.0 or Viktor 2.0.

With Janus, the each brain damage is applied separately, so each one will trigger an extra net damage as well. In many cases, you'll only need to get 2 of the subroutines to fire to do enough damage to flatline the runner. A use for Tyr's Hand perhaps? Even if the runner suspected Janus (or he is already rezzed) and ran on click one, planning to break with clicks they'd now still suffer 2 subroutines.

With Viktor 2.0, if you can get even two counters ready, then each one of those will trigger this, allowing you to flatline the runner if they ever drop below 4 cards in hand, even in the middle of their turn (since Viktor's power counters are spent in a paid ability that can be used between runner actions).
This card is problematic. If you are dealing brain damage, that's already fantastic. The problem is, dealing an additional net damage rarely leads to a flatline. At best, this card will deal 3-4 damage throughout a game and you can't control when that net damage is dealt. There are better options for taking advantage of brain damage that don't require you to score a 4/2 agenda. Also, as far as 4/2 agenda's go this one is incredibly inconsistent. Compare this to an Efficiency Committee or a Vitruvius with 1 counter on it. You should almost always throw 3x Vitruvius and 3x Efficiency Committee into your deck before throwing any of these in. Accelerated Beta Test is also usually a better choice than this simply due to the fact that it is a 3/2 instead of a 4/2.
If the HB Chronos Protocol identity wins, this might be a good include in that build...
I managed to score this early in a game and I have to say it really works well. It's not as hard to give the runner brain damage as it used to be. I hope HB chronos Protocol wins.
