Needs to be placed behind another bioroid ICE for effect.
The mere existence of this card will make it a scary proposition for the runner to click past a bioroid if there is another unrezzed ICE behind it.
"does breaking one of it's subroutines triggering the of the other one"
the answer is yes, as first routines are broken, then not broken are applied.
And doesn't matter, as you wont be breaking first if you can let both trigger with no effect.
I don't see other problems, care to elaborate?
I like the ICE as it's cheap and potentially dangerous to runner. But it's very hard to use and easy to break so it's not too strong. But its not Burke bugs or Tyrant that's hopeless and you can see it without any tests.
This is one of those ice that would only hit once. You need to install if first, then install another Bioroid over it and then the runner has to break the other bioroid with clicks.
It's true value most of the time would be that the runner possibly won't break the other bioroid with his clicks, but I am not sure if I'm willing to give up any deckspace for that, especially sine you'd have to run multiples to consistently getting it early enough.
so situational it is crazy, and probably useless.
Or could he be Troubleshot when coming off an Awakening Centre..?
"Well guys, we need one more card in CnC and it can't be too good since it's a corp card we are talking about. I really like Borderlands though, so... LET'S DO IT!"
Always go to the source:
"Oh, there's a brain all right. It's just that the brain is made out of meat! That's what I've been trying to tell you."
"So ... what does the thinking?"
"You're not understanding, are you? You're refusing to deal with what I'm telling you. The brain does the thinking. The meat."
"Thinking meat! You're asking me to believe in thinking meat!"
"Yes, thinking meat! Conscious meat! Loving meat. Dreaming meat. The meat is the whole deal! Are you beginning to get the picture or do I have to start all over?"
"Omigod. You're serious then. They're made out of meat."

Hmmm, Port Anson Grid and Batty make this almost playable in an HB brain damage deck. Batty is pretty much an auto-include in that deck anyway, so we will just have to see if people can find the room for PAG and Zed and pray the runner clicks past some ICE. Still pretty much a one shot deal, but might be able to open up a scoring window while the runner scrambles for a killer on your scoring server.
