It's a safe agenda point you can score from your hand. It also doesn't matter if the runner steals it, you gain it back anyway. Well... he could sell it to Data Dealer, but only a few decks have that card.

The Runner can also feed it to Turntable, since it's going away soon anyway.

Great card design; I bet Lukas & team have been sitting on this one for awhile as it is extremely thematic and a perfect fit for the NBN deluxe box. Totally top shelf. But, man, NBN sure does seem to get all the love.

It's rare that a card comes out which is just unambiguously, inarguably, objectively good. This is one such card.

Um, what does it even mean for an agenda to be unique?  Has that ever happened before?

There are a few "one of" Agendas - Philotic Entanglement, the Shards (Fragments??)

It simply means that only one can be on the table at a time, which shouldn't be a problem, since there's a limit here of one per deck.

Yeah. I actually wish there were more powerful one-of agendas. It is bad from a variance in my own deck perspective (which I generally try to avoid), but because such one of cards can have unusually high power abilities they add volatility to deck match ups which is overall good for any constructed deck game as such things have the potential to disrupt otherwise predictable encounters.

This + Exchange of Information is an agenda-swap nightmare for the Runner.

Score this from hand.

Runner steals a 5/3

Exchange this for 5/3

Click to put this back in R&D

Go get 15 Minutes with something like Fast Track and do the whole thing again . . .
