Spark Agency: not as good of a combo as it might seem, due to the "once per turn" clause on the ID and the "install and REZ" clause on this card.
However, it would be interesting to see someone combine Popup Windows, this, and the almost never played core set Weyland asset Security Subcontract to make a degenerate econ engine.
